David Haase – 2003 and Earlier
Word to the Body 13
When you call and pray and talk, the one lesson not heard by you was “stand and listen”.
In our walk we will hear from A-Z in lives of others… These are guide lines of Grace, heed them well… You will need them in the days ahead…
Do not take sides… Listen and offer a prayer to the only Living One whose Will we need to follow…
Do not presume to know the shoes others are wearing… we have a hard enough time wearing our own, let alone another’s…
Do not spread another’s life among others… you are a privileged guest into another’s life treat it as such…
Do not speak into another’s life… unless commanded to do so by the Holy Spirit…
Do not revisit an issue once given in Prayer to the Lord… in doing so we show lack of faith and rebellion…
Do not presume the Holy Spirit’s job… we trust in Him in Christ Jesus name for our next breath and beat of our heart, what can the Lord not do…
When standing, the Lord was silent, as He is when listening… When we fall out of Will, what is the first thing we notice… silence. We have to ask and pray and humble ourselves… to even to hear what we did, so He may show us our sin. In the silence, we find the wilderness and the humbleness we need to go before the Throne. In the silence, we make choices and according to those choices He molds us in His time. In the silence, we grow up. In the silence, the fires over take us to refine the silver and gold. In the silence, our dross rises to the top so He may remove it.
May the Holy Spirit fill you with wisdom, discernment and His Will.
